Media tries to boost  certain emotions in our minds.  Just think about headline posters, ads, music, movies, YouTube -videos and other social media sources. When you learn to identify the emotional states in the background of those media messages, you won´t be affected so intensly.


Sometimes it´s easier  to handle our emotions of today or from the past with mind resonating media. Listening to music or watching movies  can be  a form of  therapy.
